1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Retern Hair Pte Ltd, with its principal place of business at 1 Scotts Road, #04-01 Shaw Centre, Singapore 228208.

Throughout the Site, the terms “Retern,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Retern Hair Pte Ltd. By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is kept confidential and used strictly for service delivery, appointment scheduling, and promotional updates (via WhatsApp/SMS/email).

You may opt out of promotional updates at any time by replying “unsubscribe.”

3. Booking Policy

• All appointment bookings must be made through official channels (website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person at our Orchard outlet).

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling (subject to availability).

• Retern Hair Pte Ltd reserves the right to adjust appointment times or reassign therapists due to operational needs. While preferences are considered, therapist availability is not guaranteed.

• All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

4. Your Account

• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Minors may use our services only with parental/guardian supervision.

• You may need to create an account or provide personal details to book appointments, purchase products, or receive communications. You agree to provide accurate and updated information.

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Retern Hair Pte Ltd shall not be liable for unauthorised use.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel bookings if false or misleading information is provided.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

• We accept PayNow, credit card, and in-store cash payments.

• Packages purchased are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person upon written request.

6. Orders, Promotions and Samples

Orders

• All orders placed online, in-store, or via official channels are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled unless approved under special circumstances.

• Processing and delivery timelines vary with product availability.

Promotions

• Valid only during the stated period, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

• Subject to eligibility and redemption conditions. Retern reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions without notice.

• Promotional pricing usually applies only to first-time customers. Misuse (e.g., repeated redemption under different names) may result in refusal.

Samples

• Samples provided are for trial use only and not for resale.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions or side effects. Patch testing is recommended.

7. Cancellation of Orders

• Once confirmed, orders are final. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase via email (enquiry@reternhair.com).

• Approved cancellations will be processed as store credit only, unless otherwise stated.

8. Product Policy

• For hygiene and safety, all products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened, unless defective.

• Damaged/defective products must be reported within 7 days of purchase for review and possible one-time exchange.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee permanent results. Treatments are wellness services, not medical cures.

• Customers must declare allergies or sensitivities before treatments.

10. Delivery Information

• Delivery is only within Singapore (residential/office addresses). No deliveries to hotels or overseas.

• Charges:

  • Orders below S$100: S$7.00

  • Orders S$100+: Free delivery (1 address)

  • Sentosa surcharge: S$10.00

  • Redelivery due to unsuccessful delivery: S$7.00

• Earliest delivery: 3 working days from order.

11.PAYMENT

Revamp accepts: MasterCard, Visa, Amex

Please note that mode of payment cannot be changed once you have submitted the Order online.

You agree to make timely payment for any Products, Services and Credits purchased by you.

12. Fraud Protection

• We screen all orders for fraud or unauthorised activity.

• We may cancel suspicious orders, accounts, or shipments.

13. Warranties

• Website and materials are provided “as is” without warranties.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of errors/viruses.

• Product quality depends on correct usage. Misuse voids warranties.

14. Treatment Packages and Membership

• Packages are valid for 24 months unless stated otherwise.

• Transfer of packages may be allowed (admin fee S$100 applies).

• Membership Credits/Points are valid for 1–2 years, non-refundable.

• Unused credits expire unless extended at our discretion.

15. Refund and Exchange

• All Products, Services and Membership Credits are non-refundable.

• Refund requests may be reviewed if:

  • A medical condition arises directly from our product/service.

  • Request is made within 7 days with supporting medical documentation.

• Retern may take up to 3 months to process requests and reserves the right to reject them.

• Refunds are subject to an administrative charge of 15% of value or S$200 (whichever is lower).

• Exchanges may be allowed for equal or higher value (top-up required).

15. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items on our premises.

We shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings while at our premises

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

17. Third Party Rights

No third party shall have any rights to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B).
