Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected.
Refunds items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, hence vouchers cannot be refunded as well.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or drop by our store and we can work this out together. At the same time, we strongly suggest you to make a final inspection during the actual day of collection to determine any defects/damage on the spot.
You can request a refund by returning the purchased items to our store together with the receipt or proof of purchase.
The company reserves the right to amend the refund policy herein without any or prior notice to customers.
