  • Lead the sales team to achieve Sales KPIs
  • Achieve personal sales target
  • Monitor the sales performance and sales variance
  • Provide and implement solutions for improving sales performance
  • Responsible for daily operation including, customer service, inventory and outlet staff duties.
  • Manage outlet human resources responsibilities (including annual leave, and shifts)
  • Train and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their potential.
  • Achieve personal sales target
  • Perform professional scalp analysis and recommend appropriate hair and scalp solutions
  • Regular follow up on customer’s progress
  • Responsible for payment and invoice activities such as issuing invoices, collecting payment and treatment records.
  • Daily duty activities eg: responsible for daily cleanliness, inventory stock check, answer calls and outlet equipment maintenance.
  • Other work related duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
  • Perform excellent customer service
  • Perform excellent full hair and scalp treatment compliance
  • Daily duty activities eg: responsible for daily cleanliness, inventory stock check, and outlet equipment maintenance.
  • Other work related duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
  • Call customers to schedule appointments
  • Follow up on appointments made to ensure healthy turn-up rate
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Engage and establish relationships with Prospects, from the daily-assigned pool of leads.
  • Conduct call consultation with the Prospect, and book appointments for him or her.
  • Call the Prospect or Client, to remind him or her on the appointment. • Follow up and reschedule if the Prospect or Client cancels the appointment.
